Day 170 - June 19
My friend's one year old. Amie came over to do a Signature Homestyles Party and had to bring him since Daddy was under the weather. He was all over the place, but he did take time out to help his mommy take orders!!! LOL
Day 169 - June 18
My school system held a Math "Camp" this past week....this is one of my esteemed co-workers enjoying the Friday Celebration to end the week.
Day 168 - June 17
I teach Copic Marker classes at our local scrapbook store. I'm a little over the top about these markers, but they are awesome! These are my very attentive students this evening!!

Day 160 - June 9
This little guy is a house guest until he forms his chrysalis. He's from school, and we're out for the summer, so he's home with me for a while. Then I'll plant the Milkweed to attract more Monarch butterflies.

Day 159 - June 8
We had a retirement dinner for 3 teachers tonight. This little lady didn't want anyone at our table to hold her, until she saw this young man. They both just laughed and giggled and then she just planted a big ole kiss on him! Meant to be???
Day 158 - June 7
One of our fine math teachers explaining how he got hired to teach the young math minds of our county...this is his wife assisting. It's actually a funny little aside we had while preparing for summer school..one of those 'you had to be there' things!

Day 157 - June 6
This little donkey was at Bluestone Retreat. The kids were feeding him and his pal carrots and apples this morning. I just loved his eyes...it looked like someone had drawn eyelashes under his eyes!!
Day 156 - June 5
The chicks are gone...we were a little sad to say good-bye. We delivered them to an Amish Farm on Sandstone Mountain....but on the way out, we just had to to have these wonderful (and delicious) strawberries!!

Day 151 - May 31
Baby pictures! I shot Carrie and Grant's engagement pics, their wedding pics and now family pics! I love it! We met up at the capital and shortly after this shot the skies opened up and it poured the rain. We got soaked, but I managed to get a few good shots in!
Day 150 - May 30
The chicks are back....and they aren't very chickish! They have grown quite a bit. Is there a special name for teenage chicks?

Day 149 - May 29
This little guy is all tuckered out! He played all day and never had a nap, but finally couldn't keep his eyes open one more minute!
Friday, May 28, 2010
Day 148 - May 28
As I was loading groceries into my car at Kroger's I saw the beautiful clouds and sky...pays to always carry a camera!

I went to the Farmer's Market today to get a few more plants for my garden. I love going there this time of year...so many flowers and plants!

Day 142 - May 22
I have been chomping at the bit to get my garden in. We have had rain almost everyday this month...finally, a few flowers are in the ground!

Day 140 - May 20
Sick of the chicks yet? They are on a little hiatus from school for a while, so there will be a little chick break for about a week. They were getting too big and starting to fly a little, so one of the aids took them home until we make our "Chick Trip" in a few weeks. This is where we take the kids camping to deliver the chicks to an Amish family.

Day 136 - May 16
I'll bet I have driven past this old tracker for years and never noticed it. I think Project 365 has made more observant. If the grass ever gets cut, I'll try to get closer, it was mighty high. Anyway, it's not in the woods, it's sitting right in a field on a busy, main drag between a church and beauty shop!

Day 134 - May 15
Actually, yesterday came and went before I realized I never took a picture! Today...busy, too. But as I was sitting in my living room trying to think of something clever I thought of my ceiling fan at which I was vacantly staring! So I played around with F-stops a little!
